| Buffalo Bills (1960) | A quick RB from Youngsville (PA) High School, Kulbacki went on play at Purdue University…Was a first round draft choice of the Boston Patriots in the 1960 AFL draft…He was released and signed as a free agent with the Buffalo Bills and played all 14 games of the 1960 season…He was a backup running back, and punt and kickoff returner…An ROTC military commitment caused him to enter the Army and miss the next two seasons….He attempted a comeback in 1963, but soon retired from the game.
Joe currently resides in Colden, NY. He is the owner of Automation Integration Company and is involved in several hobbies including a Christmas tree farm and making homemade wine. He is an active member of the Buffalo Bills Alumni Association. |
